Can I customise colours and text?
Yes. The name, welcome message, colours, position and other widget settings are managed in the customer portal.
Where can I see incoming enquiries?
Leads are stored in the protected customer portal and also sent to the saved contact address.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can change your plan and manage your subscription conveniently through the customer portal.
How does our team receive video calls?
Confirm video calls in the portal with an active Business or Premium subscription and keep the portal open. Incoming calls appear in the portal, with a ringtone and permitted desktop notifications. Browser and device settings may limit sound or notifications. Camera and microphone start only with your permission. Calls are not recorded.
Which files can I convert?
Supported files: DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, PDF, PNG, JPG and JPEG. Available output formats PDF, text and CSV depend on the input type. Standard monthly allowances: Starter 25, Business 100, Premium 300; 5 in total during the trial. The portal shows your available allowance.
